  1. 1. The score runs to 100. Evidence is 3 for each fetched fact, capped at 25. Mechanism fit is 5 for each counted mechanism, capped at 20. Demand is 4 for each counted signal, capped at 20. Openness starts at 20 and loses 5 for each verified direct match, and it stops at 0. Build ease starts at 15 and loses 5 for each sourced hard requirement, and it stops at 0, and only when that review is recorded. A page under 50, and any thin page, is left out of the index. Weights are this site's rule, recorded in the project specification on 19 Oct 2026. A judgment step has to agree when the two parents are checked in both orders.
